Hesnor Engineering Associates, PLLC is a mechanical, electrical and plumbing (M/E/P) engineering firm with offices in Albany, NY and Adams, MA. Since 1992, owners of heavy industrial, research and mission critical facilities have trusted us to provide the specialized M/E/P services necessary for their facilities to operate at their peaks.
As we evolved, we have applied this experience to projects in the indoor agricultural, educational, institutional, commercial, multi-family and public sectors to cost-effectively enhance design concepts and maximize returns on owner investments.
Notably, much of our work takes place in occupied buildings, so we have deep experience in developing phasing plans that minimize impacts on facility operations.
Most firms spend a lot of time talking about their client service philosophy. Ours is simple: we assess each project independently, deliver fundamentally sound designs, and implement them responsively and responsibly.
Our approach is rooted in decades of working directly for facility owners. With HEA, you will have 24/7 access to facilities engineers with deep M/E/P and building utilities expertise. As we like to tell our clients, we are “on your bench,” available for support whenever you need us.
