HEA’s experience at colleges and universities includes student housing facilities, dining halls, central plants, laboratories, student centers and campus facilities.  We understand the critical role occupant comfort and energy efficiency plays in attracting and recruiting students. We also understand the importance of the academic calendar, and work with each campus to accommodate their needs with regard to scheduling fieldwork, performing investigations, construction staging and phasing, and any other campus-specific considerations.
