HEA designed new M/E/P systems for BMC’s surgical and orthopedic suites. Mechanical design included new 140 and 130-ton air handling units, VAV’s, ductwork, grilles, and exhaust systems. Plumbing design included new medical gas and vacuum systems, domestic water and DWV piping, and new fixtures. Electrical design included new lighting, upgrades to patient room outlets, and nurse call and data systems.
